DISCLAIMER: This program is designed to help netball and basketball athletes work on key determinants of performance. We will work on core strength, plyometrics for power, acceleration, change of direction and fitness specific to jump sports. The sessions will have an education focus to them and are designed to set athletes up to be able to come and train either at Vector Health and Performance after the camp or in another facility with knowledge of how to train.
